Ricoh Printer
As always delivery via Amazon was just as promised!
For a non-techie the learning curve on this combo is very steep. We've had it now for just under 2 months and we are still stuggling just a bit. It seems like it will do what it was advertised to do.
We have had to have Ricoh out to correct a copy problem - a connector ribbon was jared out of position during shipment and finally disconnedted causing the copy function to become inoperable. It was covered by warranty. The tech service people at Ricoh are very helpful.
The copier will not duplex two sided originals.
Oh the toner is a bit pricy. Black was $117 through Amazon. You'll need to check with Ricoh for the correct toner as the printer tech data does not list it.More detail ...
